How It Works
When water enters the system it will travel through two carbon block filters which will remove up to 99% of chlorine from the water, as well as any other harmful contaminants.
After the water is purified it then enters the 3rd stage which contains the Filtersorb SP3 media where it undergoes a process called Nucleation Assisted Crystallization (NAC).
As the water passes through the Filtersorb media, both calcium and magnesium are transformed into harmless nanocrystals on the surface of the Filtersorb SP3 beads. Once these crystals are formed they are very stable and are unable to form scale.
